Do CardioX instead - it has a little Yoga in it. I have down P90X twice now and I think over those two times I have done or attempted yoga 3 times.

Maybe try eating only about half of your exercise calories back for the next week. As far as my weight loss goes - am about 78 days into P90X and have lost 35lbs. I think I lost about 18 the 1st month and then about 7 or so the last couple.

Drink a lot of water upwards of a gallon or more a day all the way up till 24 hours prior to the weigh-in. Then about 12 -18 hours before the weigh-in cut out all water. Weight for tomorrow 185.8 - lost a little but changed a few things up diet wise. I am close to reaching my goal weight range and trying to up my calories. Still down .8 - Hope everyone has a great week!

They really are not comparable. Insanity is mostly cardiovascular High Intensity Training. The videos are about half as long. There isn't much weight training with Insanity. I have done both and can tell you that Insanity is just that Insanity. P90X doesn't even come close to the intensity. PlyoX would be a warm-up to…
