I love my Greek yogurt most have about 14 grams of protein in them and about 120-140 calories and taste great

I did 600 in 90 minutes of cardio including warm up on the elliptical, some abs and push ups, jumping jacks, toe knee sky's, then 20 minutes intervals, 20 minutes on the bike, the cool down felt great!

Did an hour and half of cardio for 600 calories burned protein shake with fruit after it felt good today was suppose to be trainer day but he got in a car accident but all in all feeling great

What I have found is the laughing cow cheese in a wedge about 50 calories and the I use nut crackers called blue diamond do 8 crackers for the wedge is 65 so it's only 115 calories

My diet is 2 protein shakes with normally fruit and almond milk. A banana with my breakfast shake. Then a healthy snack.
