I'm on 1300 calories per day, and I try to keep as much as possible for my dinner, the biggest meal (I know I should not but...). I usualy do 200 breakfast, 200 snaks, 400 lunch and remaining for dinner (around 500). My lunch is usually lef over from previous dinner, so I try to have smaller portions for lunch.

For me a plateau is not necessary being at the same weight for weeks. It is also loosing and gaining the same 2-3 pounds over and over! I would consider a plateau after 2-3 weeks maybe? I was in one since mid-august and suddenly 2 weeks ago I started loosing again! No idea why...

Same for me! I weight every morning but only record it when it's going down!

Be able to wear what ever I want, like skinny jeans or leggings, without asking myself if should or if it's fits me!!!

I always thought is was about 10 lbs but for me it was more 15lbs. I'm now down to 2 sizes (from 12 to 8, I'm 5'7)

I try to eat smaller portion. Since I cannot always control what I'm eating, at least I can control the quantity. When I travel, I don't expect to lose weight. I just don't want to gain!

I weight myself everyday too and I report every loss. At the beginning I was also report any gain but then I stopped :) I found it helpful to have a direct link between what I had eaten the day before with my weight the morning after. It helps me gage my portion for example since I know right away that I've eaten too much…
