I can never stay motivated :( I'll do good for a couple weeks and then completely fall off the wagon, get disappointed in myself, and try to start all over again. Vicious cycle. Not healthy in my opinion, but nonetheless a personal battle.

I think it's safe to say that this off season has been a horrible one. I pray so hard for the families & friends affected by the Lokomotiv tragedy. Gone too soon boys, rest peacefully.

I've lost about 60lbs and still can't see it. I think in some instances it's mind over matter and unfortunately I still see myself as 60lbs heavier. :/ But like everyone else has said 20-30lbs was when everyone really started to notice. :) don't lose faith! keep at it!

Lacey, tumblr. is pretty much just a site where you can post blogs, pictures, ect. People follow your blog and can reblog your stuff and comment on it and what not. It sounds a little confusing but after a little bit you'll catch on! I love tumblr! So many awesome blogs and ideas are shared!
