What's the strangest thing that keeps you motivated?
It can be anything! Person, car, exercise equipment, a song, ect. Mine right now and DO NOT laugh, ha ha is Zach Bogosian (NHL defenseman) and Alex Morgan (US Women's Soccer) I know, I know it's probably not a good motivation and may be even creepy! BUT it keep me motivated! So, let's hear it!

Fell off the wagon, a little help?
Lately I have been falling off the wayside. AND I told myself I would not let that happen! I love all my current friends but would enjoy fresh ideas from some new ones! :) Always open to new workouts, ideas, comments, and suggestions! If you'll be here for me, I'll be here for you! xox
