Feel free to add me. :) My goal is 25lbs and I'm about half way there right now. I'm just about the opposite. I'm not an exercise fan, but I seem to lose weight at a decent rate just from changing my diet. But I will be starting Couch to 5k with a friend this summer once I get home.

All my weight loss so far has been on no exercise. Very rarely, maybe once every 3 weeks, I got in some exercise from diving, and now i am doing stretching, but I lost 10lbs in a little over a month doing nothing but watching what I eat and how much.

Mines a picture of a rainbow I snapped while working in the Mongolian countryside all day. It had been a miserable and pouring rain, and then this appeared. It's a reminder that 'you can't have your rainbow without the rain'.

I'm 5'6 and I'm at about 160. I am aiming to get down to 140, which was about where I was in high school. I guess I'm normal boned, although I not really sure on my body shape. Maybe hourglass? I am very chesty, but I do have a butt, but not sure if it's big enough for the hourglass figure.

For me, my biggest motivating factor is a convention I have at the end of May. (don't laugh...)
