Today is a creamy pomodoro sauce with spinach and whole wheat pasta. I sub out the cream for fat free greek yogurt and ground up some baked chick peas to sub for the parm. Healthy and delicious.

Praying for everyone here. I was dx about a month ago with very high cholesterol but a very low bp so he is sending me to a cardio guy. So very nervous. I am only 38 and have a young child.

@Grandmacar, shredded= he was ripped! My heart could not keep up with the video,lol... @Kathy, I hear you on the knees. I do need to add some strengthening, so perhaps will look into it. Yoga just not enough. I have the wii Fitplus too, I should take a look at it. Never opened it,lol.

We joined a local CSA here last year for organic veggies, and I go once every two weeks to the local organic farm in season, other than that we buy from the organic section at the grocery store. We are not 100%, but try to obtain as much organic and local/organic produce as possible. There is def. a difference.

Don't feel bad, it takes time to get used to it. On the positive side if you still ate at or below the total, you would maintain. I do though understand you are at a point of loosing, but at least if you went a bit over, it would not mean gaining :) Cheers

I had a friend who did Px90 to train for the Spartan Beast. He said it kicked his tush but good, but he shredded.

The standard used to be 100 pounds for the first 5 feet and 5 pounds for every inch over that. NOW, the standard is expressed by your BMI. You can do it! I know what it is like being crunched for time with all the lesson planning, data portfolio, grading, etc....and then there is your own personal stuff, but make sure you put time in the day for YOU. You are worth it and can do it. We are all here for one another.
