I'm in too! Fingers crossed (and hard work) hopefully I can drop some weight! (I don't expect to lose any weight before Christmas but if I can maintain where I am during this crazy food season, I won't be disappointed). I have about 1 cup of fruit flavoured yogurt and a tablespoon or two of chia, I usually snack an hour or two later with cucumber slices or grape tomatoes.

I love tea, it's my favourite. Tetley White Raspberry, or Lipton's Island Peach Mango White Tea, or Tetley's Strawberry Tea or Lipton's Spiced Cinnamon Chai (I love tea and drink one travel mug every morning for a warm-me-up especially in winter). I love tea.

I can totally relate. I also go hardcore for a month or 3 at a time then I get bored or I want to go and do other stuff, same goes with portion control for me, I'm good for about 6 to 8 months and then I just want food. I don't know why.

I've never had a mouse in any house I've lived in but that doesn't mean we don't have them in the yard. We've been pretty lucky. They say to use bounce sheets to help deter them.

We always do BYOB. I know that we could drink off someone else, but I was raised to bring a bottle for the host, lol, usually by bottle meant it was a 26 of rye or vodka or a couple dozen beer, everyone shared off it, so it wasn't just the host who was pulling out. I think its perfectly acceptable.

I just buy in bits and pieces, I start with one pairs of pants and a couple tops, something to get me through to the next size down. I would also sometimes buy a size smaller as a "motivation" and try them on every couple weeks until they fit.
