They have the medalions for food addicts as well - OA Overeaters Annonomous, same 12 step program as AA but for food addicts :)

Yep that would be me I have lost just over 73lb or 33kg with only modifing my diet. I started at 231.5lb or 105kg and now as of this morning I am sitting at 157.6lb or 71.5kg No planned exercise. I dont have any recent progress pics but below were the last ones I have taken. I do not have a pic from my highest weight.

I have only changed my diet eating between 1200-1400 cals no exercise :)

No Visable abs as yet but have reduced waist from 46.5 inch to 35 inch

Tommorow will be my 150th so rather new compared to some but I have changed many habits and have lost 26kg/57lb so far

I am 5" 3' I started at 230lb (105kg) I am now 78.7kg (173lb) feel free to add if you would like. I log in daily.

rocket lettuce, parmasan cheese, green or brown pear and some raisns. Dressed with balsamic viniger and a little olive oil.

I have had a quick skim through your diary and it looks good. The only thing I would suggest is watch your salt/sodium intake as this can make you retain water and stop the scales from moving and you have been over on salt quite a bit. Otherwise it looks good :)
