Amazing what 4kg can do

I will let the picture do the talking, but here is what a 4kg or 8.8lb difference looks like. Couldnt belive it. So far I have lost almost 30kg or 66lb in total. (Australian/English date format used in pictures)

i love this. it's great to see what even just 8 lbs looks like. i'm having a hard time getting the weight off and it makes me feel better to see that even just a little will still be a lot. and your overall loss is amazing! huge difference! thanks for sharing

I have only changed my diet eating between 1200-1400 cals no exercise
