I love my Fitbit Charge HR. The only time it is off of me is when I am showering or it is charging. It really helps me stay on track and keep up my healthy lifestyle.

It took me 53 days to lose 20 pounds. But, please do not take my loss as an average. I went from eating fast food and drinking a 2 liter coke everyday, to drinking only water and eating salads and chicken. And exercising none, to basically exercising everyday for the past 2 months. Well, currently I am 5'2" and 162pds, but I would like to get down to 120pds. i would like to get into a size 4, but since I am on a roller derby team I do not think my thighs would fit into that small of pants. so, I will accept a size 6. Right now, I wear between a 10-12.

I clean way more than usual. I feel like I have so much energy I has to get all my cleaning completed right then and there. And my work has improved. I am more focused on what I am doing and get more completed throughout the day.

Hmmm, some of my favorites are almonds, baby carrots, low fat cottage cheese, apple w/skin, tabouli, red/yellow/orange pepper strips, greek yogurt, white grapes, banana. Any of those are good!
