Nope, just make sure they know about making healthy choices and what foods are good and bad for them. I teach them moderation and keep very little junk food in the house.

Mine isn't food related, but my workout motivator is I am not allowed to watch My favorite TV shows unless I am on my elliptical working out. This is great for a few reasons. I would love to say bikini, but I know I will never wear one because of my stretch marks. They won't be going anywhere I am afraid. I do, however, have a pair of jeans that I used to fit into, but no longer do. That is my first clothing goal. When I reach that I will think of something new.

I take mine once a month or so. It helps me see progress when the scale isn't moving.

I do it on my Wii and will admit it took me about 3 or 4 times to get the dances right. Just keep moving. I am now addicted and it burns tons of calories. Have fun and remember that everyone in the room started off just like you, no one just walked in and did it perfectly.

I tend to lose inches before weight so it could be that their scale number just doesn't move as fast as the inches they are losing.

I felt dumb the first few times, but as you start to get the routines and steps down it is better, and a great workout.

Can't help you as I have only done mine once. I am completley uncoordinated at this point as I haven't learned the steps well yet, but it is a great workout.

My husband continuously tells me he loves me exactly as I am. He has never been negative about me wanting to lose weight especially since I am really not doing it solely to look better. My primary goal is feeling better. He always tells me that I am beautiful now and he doesn't want me to feel like I am not.
