I'm late to the party but I am trying to up my water intake. My goal is the 64 oz they recommend. I was wondering if you have a favorite water bottle? We have icky tap water and will be buying it by the bottle or possibly investing in the large water cooler type. What do you all use?

I love Leslie! I first came across her when she donated a set of DVD's with the 2 lb. hand weights and walking band to a fundraiser for our local animal shelter. I bid on the package & won - been hooked ever since :) I have purchased several more, I like the variety she offers.

Thanks for all of the suggestions! I hadn't thought of Kathy Smith I used to do her VHS tapes a long time ago, should look into her DVD's. I've been wanting to try the Beach Body work outs. I do love Leslie Sansone! My legs and butt need some serious toning and wasn't sure Id get that with her workouts. Good info thanks!

Just under the wire but I did it can't believe it! I did 45 mins aerobic high impact walking, 45 mins strength training and 3 hrs heavy housework, (a lot of steps!) my house looks great and I did my first MFP challenge :) Great job everybody! Edited to say my total calories were 1124 :)

I would like to try! I've never burned more than 450 & that was doing aerobic walking for an hour, so not sure if I can but I will try ;)

I work out 5-7 times a week. I actually mix it up alot.....we have a gym at my work that I try to get to once a week for the weight machines. I walk/hike outside when I can. I also have several DVD's I use at home including..Jillian Michaels, Tracy Anderson, Gilad, Leslie Sansone, pilates & yoga. I had been trying to do an…

Thank you for the responses! Basically I try to stay at 1200 calories a day including my exercise, so I may go over 1200 but then with exercise it brings my calorie intake to 1200 or under, that is the right way right? While I do appreciate that with working out your body shifts and gets toner, I've worked out for years…
