Another TDEE question...sorry

I love how informative everyone is here so I'm going to ask about TDEE & BMR. I have only heard of it since joining MFP message groups.

So when I input my info to MFP it said to stay at 1200 calories. Which I have for the most part, although some days I was eating back calories. I have amped up my workouts a bit as well.

So I figured my TDEE at 2239 and BMR at 1450.75. I'm 43, 5'7, 157.7 lbs. I did do a BMI (?) and it seemed to be in a good range, not sure how though :)

I have only been at this a month & I lost 6.5 lbs. But that really seems to fluxuate - alot!

So what would you recommend my calorie intake to be to lose 20-25 lbs.?

I work in an office though there can be alot of running around/lifting involved. I am a single mom to a beautiful 4 year old and that keeps me jumping at times as well :)
