I am on level 2 day 5 and I lost 5lbs this week, eating like a pig! Its awesome...and you haved inspired me to power through to level 3.

seriously amazing results !!! I do the shred but stop and start it all the time so only ever do level 1 ! Did 30 days of level 1 and 2 before and had good results so needed to get back on it - your pics have just motivated me to start again !0
