    That's amazing...you look really great! :) You're an inch taller than me and your SW is 5 lbs lighter than my starting weight was when I started 30 day shred. So it's nice to see someone close to where I am and see the progress there. This is getting me pumped for the next 2 weeks of shredding and I'm buying Ripped in 30 today so I'll have that right after. Thanks for posting pics! Great job!!

    Wow, that is amazing! When did you first notice a difference, I have done day 1 workout 14 times now but over 26 days so started again, the last 4 have been consecutive days, aiming for 8 consecutive workouts before I move onto level 2 but I haven't noticed any difference in my shape yet.. I'm wondering if it comes form level 2 or 3...

    Honestly I started noticing a difference at the second level. I was just tired and over worked the first level!

    During the 30 day shred i would eat a healthy bowl of cereal for breakfast along with a fruit, a salad for lunch, then usually an apple or something healthy for a snack and red meat with steamed veggies and rice for dinner.
    Strictly water throughout the day :)

    I am on level 2 day 5 and I lost 5lbs this week, eating like a pig! Its awesome...and you haved inspired me to power through to level 3.

    I am doing it 6 days a week.

    seriously amazing results !!! I do the shred but stop and start it all the time so only ever do level 1 ! Did 30 days of level 1 and 2 before and had good results so needed to get back on it - your pics have just motivated me to start again ! :)

    Great job! Your core looks so much stronger!! You'll love Ripped In 30 it's very similar to 30 DS with a few new moves.
