Don't take your wallet to work if possible. I would bring well thought out and prepared meals, eat them, and eat chips and chocolate from the canteen anyway. Once I stopped bringing cash I stopped eating from there and broke the bad habit. Now I can bring my wallet to work and not feel the need to buy anything

Yes, it's that simple. I wake up at 4:30 am to workout, start work at 6:30, have a desk job and love going home knowing i've already done my workout.

Yup, the weight is water though. Nothing major, I am just a little softer. I use the USN brand, and the consistency is nice enough to mix into any drink. I take 5g a day.

I suck on wine gums, about 15 calories per wine gum and just suck on it until it dissolves. I feel so much sugar in my mouth afterwards that I don't feel like having that many.

personally I don't count them, I'm sure strepsils never made anyone gain weight, but if a cough syrup has 800 calories in it then I would count that if you are drinking a lot of it.

You certainly can drink your calories to meet your calorie goal, they still count. The logic that they don't count because it's a fluid and you pee them out doesn't make sense. I would ask them, most people are really friendly and tell you how many sets they have left. If they are rude to you, not a big deal, move on. Sometimes people on their phones are looking at workout apps or programs to see whats next, so its better to ask with a smile in my opinion :)
