whilst it won't affect the piercing as pp said i would wait a bit to see what your tummy will look like. Only just seen this was 202.2 on Mon 7th When you say no sugar do you mean processed sugar? as i eat 2-3 portions of fruit a day & taht always puts me over on sugar :( Can't give up my fruit i need the Vitamin C to help absorb my Iron (still very low 8 weeks after birth)

Subway 6inch turkey breast on wheat, no cheese all the salad & a line of sweet onion sauce if i've got spare cals. Sodiums not great but mines always really low, i jyst make sure i have an extra glass of water/green tea. Can't remember cals etc off top of my head but under 500

i've managed 8 of each so far, will do some more on my lunch break & when i get home :) These are tough, planks are my problem i don't have very strong wrists :(

hey guys heres my results for the week: cw: 176.8 (yay) 30/30 burpees (what a killer) 250/500 mountain climbers (sorry) 3/3 pm 720/400 water sorry bout the mountain climbers guys i just could'nt do any more :( looking forward to next week, at home with no work for next 8 days so challenge should be easy :)

i use 1000 mile socks seem to make running nicer for my feet. Got mine off ebay much cheaper than the sports shop :)
