i really strughling with getting the miles in, i'm at work for the next 6days which means i get up at 6am & get home at 8pm. aww huni don't get depressed my scales have been up & down like a yoyo in the 200 days i've been here. Losing weight is different for everyone, what works for me is cardio everyday, low carbs, low sodium & loads of veg. If you want i can have a look at your diary & pm you some ideas. i have hemp protien but thats due to allergies, although hemp does have the added benefit of having loads of omega 3 & 6. The only thing is getting past the unattractive colour. I think it's totally up to you, read the labels, make the comparisons every brand will be different.

yeah definitely take a look at freecycle, i would suggest swimming but it you're anything like me the thought of wearing a costume in public terrifies me! hey you're doing well, the punches are killing me as i have a damaged shoulder tendon. So just taking it easy & not using weights. Crazy thing is i'm doing exercise, eating healthy (staying in the green) drinking loads of water/green tea & yet i seem to be gaining 0.5-1lb a day. Monday i was 178.4 this morning 182.4! HELP

right today i've done 200 punches & 100 bicycles i've guzzled down 2.5ltr of water. My mini challenge this week is to have 2 cups if green tea everyday :) Hows everyone else doing? i'm thinking i might use my ankle/wrist weights for the rest of the week :)

i'm still here trying my best, thanks to makinmoves for stepping up to captain. I need this challenge to keep me accountable :) survivors lets keep up the hard work, some losses were to be expected i know we're all busy people but a little bit extra for our health is not much to ask x

not finding the challenge that hard but then again i've always kept an eye on all the figures not just calories. My real problem is trying to do any exercise with my busted shoulder :( Good luck everyone x

I live in Birmingham & i had a lucky escape as i tried to travel home last night. I was about to follow my normal route through the city centre when i was warned by a police officer nit to go that way. well i've just completed this weeks challenge & feeling great for it. Been a very busy stressful week for me topped off my dislocating my shoulder friday night! Needless to say i hoping that the next challenge does'nt require the use if my arms :(

too bloody hot & humid so for the rest of the i shall walk 1.5 miles rather than do 3 miles every other day. I can't be out in the sun that long irish/scandinavian skin does'nt like sunshine :(

Righto challenge time again. I will be going walking/running, i'll have my trusty shotgun at my side ( keep carbs undet 150g) and my back pack will weigh 8lb. Going hiking tomorrow round the local country park, lots of hills to negotiate. With all the water i'll be taking it will be a good day :)
