Another 10 km done!....Very painfully as I had eaten, not long before.....Not recommended!

For me it's leg day everyday! Run 10k plus everyday, row 6k plus everyday...then mon, wed, and Friday I usually go for sit ups and push ups followed by some abs and weights, then pop off to the sauna and steam room for a jolly well earned rest!

Weekend off here did me the world of good....but back on it today with a very sexy 11 km!!! WOO HOO ME!

I think my favourite running music is AC/DC it has a constant beat and good rhythm, which really helps me focus, but I am open to your wonderful suggestions.... I find things like Bob Marley Stevie Wonder etc help when I row, but lifting weights is tough I haven't really found anything that helps me there just yet...

I'm loving the old Metallica and NWA vibe!!!! I'd like to add Greenday Dookie (before they thought they were the clash) and Guns and Roses Appetite for Destruction! These all get me rockin in the gym! Fantastic comments folks I shall be checking some of these babies out later to add to my media player.

Gonna run for 45 minutes, sit ups and push ups for 20 minutes, then finish off with a vigorous 30 minute rowing session, then hop in the sauna to relax...
