Damn you guys are intense! I just saw this thread and I think it is awesome, but there is no way I can run that much/often yet!!! Off to look at a less intense running challenge for Feb. But wanted to stop by and cheer you all on! Way to go!0

I can't believe, not only did I meet my target but I exceeded it and to think this time last year I was struggling to run 60 seconds! This challenge is so motivating and I'm in awe of the distances some of you guys cover :drinker:

Well I did it!!! 100 miles in a month!! woo hoo

108.7 miles run which includes 5.9 on the treadmill (lame, I know). It was freezing up north and when it is below zero I had to break my moratorium. I'm kind of pissed that the 100th mile was done Monday indoors. Also did probably 5,000 meters rowing (say 3.1) and another 55 miles cycling. These were all indoors. I got sick of getting flats and just use the spin bike at the Y.
17 runs and 8 workouts at the Y. Solid 25 days in and a good start to the year.
On to February. Only 28 days so 100 miles is going to be a challenge.0
