    In for 50 miles and will run at least 30 of those.

    Week 1 = 3.5 miles walked + 4 miles run

    Week 2
    1/13 = 1.5 mile walk + 4 mile run

    ETA: I've been nursing a knee injury, but it feels pretty good after today's run, so still shooting for the goal.
