    Damn you guys are intense! I just saw this thread and I think it is awesome, but there is no way I can run that much/often yet!!! Off to look at a less intense running challenge for Feb. But wanted to stop by and cheer you all on! Way to go!

    Boohoo! I hit my 50km target but didn't see where this thread was continued so I stopped tracking. Oh well, I did better than I thought and I'm still going!

    Thanks for the cheer! These are individuals goals and the only competition is with yourself. All levels are welcome. It really is motivating to keep me focused on my own goal. Hope you consider joining the February Challenge. :smile:

    I can't believe, not only did I meet my target but I exceeded it and to think this time last year I was struggling to run 60 seconds! This challenge is so motivating and I'm in awe of the distances some of you guys cover :drinker:

    I'm definitely in for February. I just need to decide what my goal will be.

    Although I didn't log my daily runs, I did update my ticker. I will post my daily details tomorrow after my last run for the month.

    One stat I can post now. I ran my first sub 30 minute 5k today!

    Thanks everyone! Today is the last day of the January Running Challange. I wanted to say thanks to everyone who participated. You guys rocked it!     108.7 miles run which includes 5.9 on the treadmill (lame, I know). It was freezing up north and when it is below zero I had to break my moratorium. I'm kind of pissed that the 100th mile was done Monday indoors. Also did probably 5,000 meters rowing (say 3.1) and another 55 miles cycling. These were all indoors. I got sick of getting flats and just use the spin bike at the Y.

    17 runs and 8 workouts at the Y. Solid 25 days in and a good start to the year.

    On to February. Only 28 days so 100 miles is going to be a challenge.
