So with illness and weather issues I may not make the 100 mile target this month. However I conquered a huge barrier today. Turns out I can run outside with negative windchills! Actual temp, 14F, windchill -3F! So freezing 3.12 for me today!

Hilly 5K run up to the water tower today in 39:18 -- shaved 3+ minutes off the last (and first) time I did this route! Am super-pleased.
Runs are outside. Most of my exercise is on a mini-bike, not represented here.

MISSION ACCOMPLISHED! Thanks for hosting the challenge. A few more miles tapering into a Feb 1st 15K race, then a 1\2 Marathon on Feb 8; then back into training for another 1\2 Mar 29th. This challenge really added to keeping the training runs in focus and everyone joining in gave me inspiration...thanks, and let's all keep running down the road in the direction of our goals!

38 out of 50 for the month. Need to get moving if I'm going to make it. Was hoping for a longer run yesterday but the wind finally got to me! I'm planning on getting a few miles in today.
