Kickboxing is my favorite and I try to eat a lower calorie/fat diet. This is a lifestyle change for me so I'm trying not to go the diet route and instead make better choices when it comes to food and exercise :drinker:

Can I count the 200 ab exercises I did last night with the medicine ball as my favorite and least favorite? I don't mind regular ab crunches but the v-ups really get me OUCH! I did 60 of those so I will count them as my least favorite :tongue:

This past weekend I went to the beach and my meals consisted of the following: (notice not a single vegetable of fruit) Saturday Breakfast- Belgian waffle with syrup and 1/2 bagel with cream cheese Lunch- Trasher French Fries and a frozen custard with sprinkles Dinner- Chinese Carry out consisting of 4 fried crab rangoons…

4/24 challenge done. 5 minutes of jump rope. My feet hate jumping rope :-(

On top of the crunches I did yesterday during my lunch break I also had a bunch of ab work in kickboxing class last night. 45 V-Ups 60-12 lb medicine ball crunches 100-12 lb medicine ball russian twists It hurts to laugh or cough :noway:

I'm just doing core exercises for the first time today :-( 45 reverse crunches and 75 regular crunches

Skipped Saturday and Sunday but Monday did 30 mins of cardio and Today I did 75 pushups
