  • I read 80/10/10, it was a fascinating book and my transition into raw veganism. I'm also not 100% but I'm definitely trying to be. I just received a raw vegan cookbook for christmas!
  • I read in the 80-10-10 diet book that one can have as much sugar as they want from fruit, as long as it's not eaten with fat, because that's what causes the sugar levels to go up/weight gain/etc.

  • I just made myself a delicious wrap/burrito with black beans, lettuce, guacamole,roasted red peppers, tomatoes and a garlic spread on a whole wheat tortilla. If you're vegetarian, you can sprinkle some cheese or sour cream on it. Incredibly easy to make and delicious.

  • I think it is. Sleep does the body wonders. It helps the body function, gives it a better workout, more energy, I'm pretty sure it helps with the absorption of food, too.   • Cucumbers are also good. I don't know anyone who eats cucumber alone so hummus is a great way to make it a yummy snack. This is also weird and I only did it once but I dipped some nuts into it (walnuts, almonds) and it was delicious. Pretty much anything goes with hummus.
