I am amazed by how much sugar I am taking in....I max it out after lunch on a consistent basis. This is something I'm interested in, but to tell you the truth, I'm not sure if I can do it! You could say I'm in contemplation. I would be in on reducing sugar intake though!

When did you start your weight loss regimin? I know that I started recently, and along with incredibly sore muscles, I ended up gaining some weight. I was told to stick with it, and it would all balance out. as this is normal.

I am definitely more mindful of what I eat, when, and how much...I never tracked my eating before and what an eye opener this has been. I have found that I need to pay attention to the amount of sugar I take in - the first week was depressing as I saw that by the end of breakfast I had way too much sugar!!! (I eat usually…
