Exactly, this is what happened to me. Drink lots of water after and flush out the salt.

My weight goes up and down 5 pounds during the course of a day. Don't let a pound or two worry you. Get back on track and just keeping going forward. Some days you will be up and other days you will be down. Just keep plugging forward and slowly lose the weight. It will come off eventually and it will be a life style…

I pop my own popcorn almost every night and add 2 tsp of melted margarine.

That is exactly how I started in March 2013. I now do 30 min every day. I also ate back 1/2 my calories when I was hungry. Count your calories and enjoy your workout. You will be losing before you know it. Best of luck to you.

I can so relate to eating the dough lol. I usually count it as 4 cookies. I eat a lot of the dough when I make chocolate chip cookies. I can't help myself. The last time I made them I chewed gum the entire time I was mixing and baking. That helped lots. I made all the cookies and didn't eat any dough at all.

Great Job! Did you combine working out with your lower food intake? Thanks, yes I use my elliptical for 30 minutes 3 to 5 times a week, dropped calories to 1280-1300 daily and eat back exercise calories if I want to. Sometimes I do and sometimes I don't. I am doing it slowly in hopes I will keep it off by changing my life…

The elliptical is the only exercise I have been doing for the last year. So far so good!!

That's the best I can do for pictures right now, I have more and will post more later. I have been using my elliptical and counting my calories for one year now and I feel great!!

I love potatoes in all forms. I have them almost every night, Mashed usually in the winter. I count the calories from the amount I eat as 3 servings (I told you I liked them). They haven't hurt my weight loss at all.:smile:
