Hi, thanks for that :) My main fear is putting on alot of weight if I suddenly up my calories. Because I do a bit of modelling, I really can't put on any weight if I want to book shoots, so doing it gradually is probably my best bet!

Alot of the time I don't have lunch because I have to leave the house at 4 for work from 4-10pm, so I have to have my dinner early. I then have no breaks in work to eat, so that's usually kinda it for the day! The thing is, generally ill eat around this amount for most of the week, but at the weekend ill go out for dinner…

Nutella is great, but you're better without it if it'll close up your throat! Ohh forgot another thing for my shopping list- sugarsnap peas, they are so good raw

Natural yoghurt, apples, green tea, eggs, are ALWAYS on my list, the rest varies though! Aww you're allergic to hazelnuts? That means no nutella, I love nutella!

Hi, thanks everyone for your input. I'm happy at the weight I am, so was mainly worried that increasing my intake would lead me to gain weight. However I do generally stay around this weight most of the time, so hopefully with exercise I will stay the same. My aim in being here is to lose fat and gain muscle, so my goal is…

My food diary today was around 910 calories?

Sorry, it was worded in a very round-about way! My question is, if I am at a healthy weight but eating under my recommended calories, does this mean i'm ok to continue in this way? I don't feel hungry all the time, and if I do feel hungry, I eat!

Oh whoops, ill change that!

I just started it today and thought it was great, definitely didnt seem 20 minutes long once you were doing it :)
-
Ok, thanks for your help! I'll try to calculate it on here for starters, but I'll invest in a HRM!
-
Im gonna go do that right now!

No problem! Its definitely less boring and repetitive than crunches :)

Yeah, I realise that I will consequently lose weight on other parts of my body aswell. The problem is, when I lose weight, alot more comes off my arms, legs and upper back than my waist, so im trying to tone my waist more than losing weight overall. Maybe my ribs wont allow it to be smaller lol!
-
I may have to try that, I'm guessing from the name that its pretty intense!
-
Its called the 10 minute booty shaking workout, but it is all aimed at working your waist, it is definitely good, if you do it correctly can feel it the day after, but once you continue doing it everyday you can do more reps and so on. I was doing it every day, because its very short and easy to do. I would recommend it!

I actually already do alot of abdominal exercises, I used to do even more than I do now, and still never got my waist lower than 25 inches. Maybe its just not healthily possible for me!
-
Yeah, I actually forgot about planking, I did it for quite a while, and it was amazing for toning my waist and abs. Thanks for reminding me!
-
Yes, I think you're right about that actually! I'm not aiming to lose weight as such, inches are more my goal here, and added tone would also. Thanks, I'll take your advice and post in the fitness board :)

I don't belong to a gym, but could maybe buy some weights? I have heard that strength training can be good, and more muscle helps burn more calories!

I haven't, although I've heard people talking about it, is it good?
