You need to change up your exercise routine. Maybe add hand weights. Your body will eventually settle into a routine and come to stand still if you don't keep shocking it. Congrats on loosing 20+ lbs.

Keep doing what the instructor tells you to do. Eventually you will get better. I am amazed how far I have come and look forward to getting better. I remember when I could barely do a push up. My upper body strength has improved.

I am sure I would loose more if I cut out my alcohol.

I drink way more than that on a nightly basis (gee that sounds bad). I workout 5 days a week and try to keep at 1600-1800 calories per day. Have been loosing steadily since start of Jan 3. You might need to start working out harder and/or change your routine.

1 cup cauliflower (steamed), 1 can tuna in water, 1 scallion, 1/2 asian pear, 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar, 1 tbsp olive oil, fresh gound pepper. Voila! 300 calories.

Steamed is great and very simple. Broiled in the oven with olive oil and balsamic and sea salt is also tasty. And lastly, raw is also great, especially in a salad or just eaten alone.

Make your own dressings. It's simple and satisfying. You control the ingredients. I also feel, if you have one indulgence that you will allow yourself to have, then have it. It is only dressing!
