I was so happy to see the scale at 169! I have 9 pounds to my goal of May 23rd. Phew!
Does anyone do this exercise? And if so, how do you record the exercise?
Has anyone tried this? I did last Tuesday and it kicked my butt. Every muscle in the body was worked on. Call me crazy, I signed up for the punishment. Class starts this coming Tuesday.
I think I shall post a new pic again. Just got my dogs shaved and I have shed a few more pounds. Should I wear the same clothes still?
Ugh. I guess this is a plateau. I have been at the same weight now for three weeks. Not sure what my body is doing. Gotta just keep trucking.
Why is it when you record strength training no calories are burned? Doesn't make sense. Can someone please explain?
I put on a pair of pants and a belt that I haven't had on in over a year today. They were my first larger pants from a 32 to 34 waist. Got up to a very tight 36W at 185lbs which was my A-ha Moment to begin my weight loss goal back down to 160. Currently at 176.
