Same weight 3 weeks in a row

Ugh. I guess this is a plateau. I have been at the same weight now for three weeks. Not sure what my body is doing. Gotta just keep trucking.

The most common recommendation for this is to up the calories by 100 or so and change up your exercise for a week in order to get your body to let go of the pounds and then slowly return to normal.

so close to where you want to be. that in itself is inspiring to others! have been down the plateau track myself in the past and dont like it one bit. i have also had success with increasing the caloric intake fractionally and altering the exercise pattern - as well as the eating pattern ie if breakfast and lunch etc are exactly the same each day, thrown in some variety, then resume the previous calorie quota. not sure of the science but it seems to work. my husband, who is a fitnes fanatic, also recommends a shot of carbs if carbs have been low. ( just one meal and then back to the usual routine).0
