I use BODY BY VI for shakes... as of this morning I have lost 26 pounds. 2 shakes a day and clean eating... Love the taste of them and they WORK!

Thanks for that info... But I am still losing at a good pace..... 1 to 2 pounds a week... If it is working why would I want to adjust it....? Just not sure of what to do.... After I hit my 30lbs lost I may restart at 5 lbs each until I feel good... Dont get me wrong I feel GREAT NOW but might want to take off a few more…

1200 cals per day per MFP I am 5.7 44years old I seem to be leaveing 200 to 300 cals per day.. I drink BODY BY VI SHAKES EVERY DAY 1 in am 1 for diner...... Hun I had 3 glasses of wine the other night with friends and I STILL LOST WEIGHT... Don't beat yourself up over hashbrowns! You can do this! We all can do this... I know this weekend I am going to have a FAT FILLED meal at a German place we are going to try... I will just work out harder the next few days

I am using Body by Vi and I LOVE IT!!!!! I am also eating good food at meal and snack time... I have lost 6 pounds so far... NEVER HUNGRY! As a matter of fact I am eating right now a snack of apples and peanut butter just to reach my calories for the day!

EAT REAL FOOD! Hell I had pizza the other night and I still lost! 3 glasses of wine last night and woke up today down too! Change it up a bit!
