Change Goal?
O ppl I need some help... My goal was to lose 30 pounds... As of this morning I have 5.6 pounds to go.... It is coming off and I am thrilled.. But ever time I enter my weight it asks me to change my goals... I click NO everytime but as I am getting closer to my 30 pound loss mark I wonder... Any thoughts?

Starvation Mode
I think I messed up and threw my body into starvation mode... I did not mean to but I think I am there..I have been so busy the last few weeks and I have not been eating all my calories.. I end up the past week or so with 200 to 300 cals left.. But I am so tired I just go to bed.... HELP.. HOW DO I GET BACK TO LOSING…

EXCITED
As of this morning I have lost a total of 18 pounds! I have been on all the diets out there and nothing and I mean NOTHING has ever worked over 5 or 6 pounds. MFP is a GOD SEND... I am doing well tracking my food everyday however, I seem to go over on my protein almost everyday.... I am exercising everyday... CAN I EAT TOO MUCH PROTEIN?????? Lean chicken , Fish, ect

I am sooooooooooooooooooo pleased. Lost another .08... I am 2 ounces away from a full 5 lbs loss... In 3 weeks! I LOVE MFP and the fact I have sooooooooooooooooooo much support in my journey... Watch out world, I WILL LOSE THE 30 lbs I set for my goal....

Working out not Sweating enough?
Hey All, I am walking the treadmill at least 5 to 6 days a week... 30 minutes at 3.5 MPH . It is hard for me but I am pushing myself to do it... I even bumped it up to 4MPH and ran (jogged) the last 2 minutes of my workout... HERE IS MY QUESTION: I don't start to sweat til about the last 10 minutes of my 30 minute work…

Week one and still with it!
