I am doing well tracking my food everyday however, I seem to go over on my protein almost everyday.... I am exercising everyday... CAN I EAT TOO MUCH PROTEIN?????? Lean chicken , Fish, ect

    :flowerforyou: i always go over my protein because protein keeps me from getting hungry & helps with not eating too many carbs! i have lost a lot of weight by eating a lot of protein!
