Week one and still with it!

Well I am new..... It is week 1 for me... ok 5 days... I am using my fitness pal to help me.. I LOVE IT, Yes I have 30lbs to lose, I am using the BODY BY VI shakes and sticking to a 1200 cal per day.... I have only lost 1 lb so far but I am losing inches! went down 1 full size in my jeans... YEAH ME! Today I added walking on the treadmill... 55 full minutes at 3mph... Pretty good for a woman that sits most the time... I thank the maker of this site for all the info and the tools I need to drop this weight!!! Looking foward to the journey!
