thanks for the response. i am on MFP since May this year, i do Jillian 30DS and run atleast 3 to 4 times a week but has not seen any difference. Not sure why i can't see any difference....but your pics are giving me hope too...so i will keep going and see how it goes

Hi Felly07, i had the same goal when i first joined. my starting weight was 154.2 and goal weight is 132. took me 1 month to loose 4lbs. Add me if you like

Froggy, I am a diabetic and i always have to look for what i am eating. Banana is definetly a NO as is has lots of sugar. I usually eat Nuts and low sugar yougurt to keep me full. When i go for food shooping i get snacks which contains less than 5% sugar to keep my sugar level balanced.

bump!! i am stuck with 153lbs since a long time and it is very frustrating. Not worried much about weight but unfortunately unable to loose inches as well.

thursday will be my last day on level1 as i skipped one day (sunday). checked my weight and measurements yesterday but unfortunately couldn't see any difference. I will wait until end of 30day and see whether it will make any difference

bump !! other than 30day shred i also do 20 minutes on treadmill, 15 min bike

completed day7 today, although have not lost much weight and inches but people around me started asking me if i have lost weight. So something definitely working. Oh forgot to mention, i had my blood sugar test results this morning and they are getting better..which is a very good news for me :-)
