    Wow!! You look so wonderful. I know you said that you follow the cals on MFP, but do you also eat back your exercise calories or do you just eat at your BMR? You give me hope too :)

    I eat My BMR cals but if im hungry ill eat more.

    i am on MFP since May this year, i do Jillian 30DS and run atleast 3 to 4 times a week but has not seen any difference. Not sure why i can't see any difference....but your pics are giving me hope too...so i will keep going and see how it goes
