I went pants shopping today, which was desperately needed since my jeans were falling off of me. Most of the ones I bought were size 14! I don't even remember the last time I wore a 14! All throughout middle and high school I was a 16-20.

I do usually use one regular egg and then the rest are egg whites for me. I substitute egg whites to keep calorie count and cholesterol down and protein up. The increased volume of egg fills me up and it agrees with my calorie budget that way.

How low in carbs are we talking? I have egg whites and greek yogurt almost every morning, but I also have a homemade muffin as well which can be "high" in carbs. I'm considering Implanon (the arm one) and my insurance is covering most of the cost, I just have to pay the insertion fee (about $120 I think). Most gyms have scales too, if you use the gym that is. It's probably a better idea to get a scale for home though since you'll want to weigh yourself in the morning right after you use the bathroom and before you eat or drink anything. That'll keep factors more consistent

Week 1: 221.0 Week 2: 217.4 I had to check my scale 5 times and I put it in different places in my bathroom just to make sure it wasn't lying to me. Yesterday when I'd checked my weight it was 220! I don't know what happened between today and yesterday but I guess I shouldn't complain. :laugh:
