I usually watch Netflix (revenge!!) on my ipad while I'm on the treadmill. What does everyone else do to make the time go by faster?

Music! Once I've got my tunes on my iPhone I'm all set.0

A good workout playlist.0

Music is essential for me. Without music I have a really hard time running for as long as I would with it. Some songs just really get me going. The other day at one point I ran at varying speeds to "Beast and the Harlot" - Avenged Sevenfold and it was the best part of my workout.0

I listen to music but my other half is talking about putting a tv above the treadmill!! Yay!0

Netflix. Or YouTube.0

I pop in my earbuds and jam out to the music. Usually (and this will sound weird), but I concentrate on my problems and unresolved issues in my life and it actually helps because I'm focused on that rather than my running. Hope this helps.0

I have used a treadmill in the past and I do understand that sometimes you have to use the treadmill instead of going outside. However, I find running outside so much more doable for me! The treadmill feels like "work" and running outside is fun.0

Music if I am at my gym, I have my eliptical set infront of tv at home0

I just tried the Cardio Cinema today at my gym (I go to Gold's Gym). It was awesome! Got a good exercise and the movie was distracting enough.0

Mine is weird. While I listen to music like most people here, I pretend I'm in an action scene when I run
Like I'm in a building and a bomb is about to go off, and I have to run as fast as I can to escape.
I get an adrenaline rush from my childish imagination and I'm able to pull through to the end.
I'm fully aware I need to grow up. :bigsmile:0 -

Yeah...I really can't do the treadmill unless I'm absolutely forced indoors...it has to be pretty nasty outside to force me indoors. Even then, I'm more likely to run the stair well in my office building or something.0 -
