I would recommed the Hunger Games Trilogy (as previously mentioned) and the Girl with the Dragon Tattoo Series. I just finished the last book in the Hunger Games and now need to start reading all the free books I've been downloading from Amazon for my Kindle before I can buy any more =)

I have the Keurig B60 and I know that on the machine you cannot choose to do an iced beverage. She does have you do some moves with free weights so I would recommend getting them for this dvd. I use 5 lb weights as a beginner but I would say betwen 3-7 lbs.

I have the Women's Health Big Book of Exercises and I think it is great for someone to learn simple strength training moves. It has exercises broken down by muscles of the body and includes pictures for each move. I would highly recommend this and you can get it for $15 on Amazon.…
