I do the 30DS with 10 lb weights, and the rest of my weight lifting is done with 15 - 30 lb weights. Thanks for the advice.

Well I feel like it isn't genetic for me since no women in my family have it unless we're a little overweight, so here's hoping that when I lose weight and fat, I'll lose my cellulite, too. Thanks for this! :D

Thank you! I'm trying to be realistic by giving myself over a year to accomplish this instead of hoping to see results in a month or so. I know it takes time to change your body and see big changes, so I'm not going to pressure myself to get this done really fast and wind up disappointed, or stressed.

That could work....since it is only 20 minutes, and I'll just do my other 30 minutes of exercise 3x a week but I thought your body needed a whole day off from any exercise, but thanks for the input!

I really want to, even if it's only for 20 minutes, but I have such a long day of work ahead of me so I'm not sure it would be a bright idea. I just have a problem where I feel really fat and lazy if I don't workout :S

About needing to lose weight? Well I'm pretty big for being my height. I'm a size US 12 when i used to be 6 - 8. Most of my weight goes to my legs and my boobs. I have a slim waist but my legs are huge!

Glad to hear this, honestly. It makes me feel a lot better and I'm going to do everything I can to have a clean diet.

That's what I did for about a year and a half was low calories and lots of cardio and I lose weight, nearly 20 pounds, but not a single inch. I believe I simply lost my muscle mass by starving myself and doing so much cardio. Now I'm only doing light cardio and lots of weights and eating at a 15% cut. So since it worked…
