Good weight lifting programs?

I need some help with a good weight lifting routine. Keep in mind a few things - 1. I cannot go to a gym so I'm very limited with weights. I have 5 lb dumbbells, 15 pound dumbbells (which are the ones I generally use - some exercises are easy with them, and some are hard) and then 30 lb dumbbells. When I can do all of my exercises easily with my 30 lb dumbbells, I will buy a heavier set. (When I say like 30 lb dumbbells, that means a total of 60 lbs when I use both of them)

2. I don't have any exercise equipment besides weights.

3. I don't want to spend a lot of money.

4. Pull-ups are out of the question because again, the only equipment I have are weights.

So does anyone have any suggestions? I generally just do like some arm exercises, some leg exercises, some ab exercises, and then repeat. Or a lot of compound movements, too. Any advice is appreciated.

PS I am a girl if it matters and I'm trying to reduce my bf %
I'm eating at a 15% cut and doing weights for 30 mins 3x a week, plus the 30 Day Shred 3x a week
