Hi Jackie... Welcome! I did very well on "myfitnessal" and lost 90lbs. Over the past year I slacked and didn't log in daily and the weight just crept back up. I am looking to lose around 40lbs. I am always looking for more friends and I have an open diary. Feel free to add me as a friend.

I try not to eat back my exercise calories. I know some people say that they are so hungry after exercising they need the extra intake. It's your call if you feel you need them don't deprive yourself.

Way to go on your weight loss. Some days are harder then others for me. I have learned that if I eat a filling breakfast my day usually goes better.

Breakfast is usually: cereal, oatmeal, or eggs. Lunch: TV dinner, soup. Dinner: whatever I make for my family but watch portion and I usually have light ice cream at night with a few pretzels

I couldn't have put it better myself. I started my journey on March 20th 2013. With the help of myfitnesspal, and motivating friends it has helped me shed 80lbs. Way to go on your weight loss. It's hard work but well worth it.
