I just learned about the site a few days ago. I've been doing some medium weight lifting for a few months and jogging for about a month. Cardio, argh. The most difficult aspect for me is probably counting calories. I love to eat and I make a lot of our food from scratch. Anyway, my immediate goal is to lose 15-20 lbs. I'm pretty positive and I'll take whatever friends that I can get, so please add me!

I have about another 20lbs to lose till I hit my goal. This last 20 lbs seem to be the hardest. Hopefully with summer coming I can get outside and run. Feel free to add me.0
