Hi, my names Jackie....I am new to this myfitnesspal though I have already been working of fitness goals I thought this might help. I have been tracking my food and exercise for nearly a week on another site, which I just read is being shut down at the end of the month, Sooo Here I am. Through the other website I was using I learned of my terrible eating habits (not eating enough) and I am working hard on that as well as trying to keep motivation to exercise. I don't have a huge weight loss goal mostly just trying to live a healthier lifestyle and lose about 20 pounds that I gained in the past year due to my bad habits. :)

    Hi Jackie... Welcome! I did very well on "myfitnessal" and lost 90lbs. Over the past year I slacked and didn't log in daily and the weight just crept back up. I am looking to lose around 40lbs. I am always looking for more friends and I have an open diary. Feel free to add me as a friend.
