I am doing Turbo Fire so my week is planned for me as well. However if I can swing it this week I am going to do the elliptical for 45 one or two nights this week.

DONE!! Here's what I do. First thing in the morning I make sure I have 16-32oz. It is easier for me if I drink them during and after my workout. I try to get them in before I get into the shower. I would like to get back in to exercising everyday. My goal is to get my butt out of bed in the morning so that I can do it. I would like to lose 10 lbs at least in the next 50 days. I started Ripped in 30 this week and have gained weight as well. UGH! I think it just our body adjusting. I have noticed that when I start something different it takes awhile for my body to adjust. Either I gain or I don't loose anything for 3-4 weeks. Stay at it.!
