I got strech marks when I went through puberty. Everything grew so fast! My hubs doesn't even notice!! We're both 31 btw.

Don't get me wrong - I eat my share of processed crap, but calling not eating it an eating disorder? Dumb.... I just tried quinoa recently for the first time. Not bad - not amazing.... I'd rather eat rice...

. Seriously?? How is not eating processed garbage with words you can't pronounce cutting out a food group? I'm pretty possitive high fructose corn syrup and artificial flavors are not food groups. Nor are all of the chemicals and additives put in processed foods.

It's a greek seasoning in a yellow can. I get it at Kroger or Publix, but I've seen it pretty much everywhere. I think it's just salt, pepper, oregano and garlic :)

I'm 5'8" and am down to 173. My BMR is 1590 and I have MFP set to 1500. Occasionally I eat more - occasionally less but for the most part stay at 1500.

Me too! I have one of her cookbooks, but I'd rather eat real foods and cut out most of the processed crap.

I make a really good one on a regular basis - 1 medium cucumber 1/2 pint cherry tomatoes, halved 1/4 cup crumbled feta red wine vinegar and Cavender's seasoning to taste Let sit in the fridge for an hour or two and you're ready to go!

I do the same thing - pretty much eat the same things everyday with a little variety and leave a little wiggle room with my macros in case I want a treat. Good luck!!
