I have the same problem - I have been having success with eating at least every two hours - something around 100 or less calories. My mind says oh hold out a bit longer your 2 hours is almost up - it is usually 1.5 hours before the hunger comes in. Now after I eat I may still be hungry but after a bit it settles down. It…

I have been doing well with losing eating this . . . tuna packed in water drained very well with salsa on it - it is amazingly good and keeps the hunger away.

You are so inspiring. I love your attitude and you look fabulous! I cannot even imagine how proud you must feel. You are one strong lady!

Holy Crapola! You look awesome. Love the arms. I just started lifting weights too. My goal is to lose the giggle and it is coming along nicely. YOU should be very proud - amazing pics.

I went on You Tube and found a great exercise and I can feel the burn - you take two weights (I use 10 lbs each - it is just what I had) and hold them together above your head vertically - then you go backwards - I am noticing progress. Go to You Tube - they have lots of ways to help your arms and demonstrate them.

I take a small can - drain very well and then mix 4 tablespoons of salsa - both are chilled well - it is really tasty.

My husband, boss and two friends have it and are cured by using Walkfit inserts (you can get on internet and are very cheap) - they feel like you are walking on a tennis ball at first, but for some odd reason they have worked for them.

I make this for my husband who lost 70 lbs . . . he loves dessert - you take a cake mix, add 10 ounces of diet soda or diet tonic, three egg whites - mix together well and bake at 350 in a rectangle pan for 20 - 25 minutes. Serve with ff cool whip.

This really helps me to get these ideas. I recently read about tuna and salsa - that has been a favorite of mine - really nice flavor. Also I had never tried just balsamic vinegar as a salad dressing (without any oil) until recently - I absolutely love it. I also take cukes, tomatoes, any kind of veggie and drizzle the…

You should be VERY proud of yourself. I am so happy to see so many young women on this site and the success.

I think you would be more like a 10 in dress size at that weight.

I read and loved it. Very out there and I believe you have hit the nail on the head. I would rather read this knowledge and positive opinions than all the short posts about cats - LOL. Thank you for taking the time to post this.

I love your reply - something for all of us to think about for sure. So easy to overlook what we think are small things but really can add up.

When I had a treadmill at home I would do it between 5 and 6 am weekdays - now I joined the gym and it is not open before work - so I go home, eat a decent dinner, rest for 30 minutes and watch the news and then go work out. When I started at the gym I would go right after work but would get so hungry I would rush through…

I am very proud of myself . . . I stayed within my 1200 calories both days . . . wheeled my 90 year old Grandmother around the mall for exercise since the gym was closed on Saturday and took a short walk with my sister after Easter Dinner. This morning the scale was down 1.5 lbs since Friday so I would say that is pretty…

There is a site online that you plug in the day you quit and some other information it it gives you daily updates of the money you saved, the hours you added to your life, etc. I have never smoked but a friend of mine quit and posts this information when she hits milestones. Might help you to see your progress on a daily…

My only suggestion is to watch your sugars - even if they are natural sugars.

I can relate to many of you. I do think my biggest issue is portion control . . . always has been. I eat VERY healthy but just too much.
