Friday's are typically tough to easily pack on calories in the evening. My night will go: gym, then butcher shop, then probably a steak and salad. I typically like to have a glass or two of bourbon on Friday's but since I'm working on Saturday this week, it will give me a good reason to stay active and give up the occasional weekend drink(s).

Hmm lots of beef. I've been trying to eat more chicken, turkey, and fish but I do love a nice filet now and then. Think tonight may be that night.

I started this thread to try and get some new ideas. I do like the roasted asparagus and radish idea.

    Veggies.

    Want!

I am considering deviled eggs with roasted green beans. I just don't know what goes with that, since we don't have enough of either to fill up on.

Never mind, I just re read the whole thread: we will be having turkey sausage, deviled eggs and green beans :)

I don't know yet, but it's going to have to be high in protein. Salmon and broccoli sounds pretty good!
