Started October 2005 at over 185lbs (don't know my exact start weight, I was 185 when I was brave enough to finally stepped on the scale for the first time) so almost 12 years ago, hit my target weight of 130 in May 2006 and have been maintaining ever since, going up and down 5 lbs. When I go up I get myself back in line…

Ever since the summer of 2005 when I was over 200 lbs. Dropped to 185lbs by October 2005 and continued until May 2006 at 132 lbs., I've been maintaining ever since, but still call it a journey cause once you hit that goal it continues for the rest of you life. I keep myself in check by giving myself a 5 lbs up, 5 lbs down…

I want to tone, tighten, and maybe build some muscle (but not necessary lose weight, cause I'm in a healthy zone already). Hired a personal trainer in November, just got my measurements taken after the holidays (2 month mark). Didn't lose any weight, but lost 1/2 inch around my neck (didn't realize there was room to lose…

On days that I just get up, go to work, come home and watch TV 3,500 steps. On days that I go to the gym, do some zumba, running, elliptical, etc. 15,000-18,000. I try to make the 3,500 days sparse, but unfortunately, sometimes, there seems to be more of them than I would like to admit...

Unsweetened Original Almond Milk, I use to drink the Vanilla and/or the regular Original, but now I find that too sweet. If Unsweetened Almond is not available, straight up Black. It will take a couple weeks, but your taste buds will adjust.

The biggest, greasiest, slice of New York Cheese Pizza followed up by a bag of potato chips and then for desert the sweetest, juiciest, watermelon (have to have the sweet after something greasy, and since it's fruit you feel good after LOL). That would definitely be my food crack and my last day meal.

I did Weight Watchers 10 years ago for 10 months, lost 55 lbs (185lbs - 130lbs), switched over to calorie counting for maintenance (due to cost), and have been maintaining (and counting) ever since. I had a real issue with portion control and snacking, Weight watchers helped me take notice of those things and become…

I eat Weight Watchers and Lean Cuisine frozen dinners all the time, I'm not saying they are healthier than making up something myself, but with busy lives they are good in a pinch, I always grab a handful when they go on sale

I did Weight Watchers for 10 months 10 years ago, (September - June), I went from 185 lbs to 132 lbs in that amount of time. It really helped me realize what proper portions were, and also helped me take control of my snacking. Around March of that year I did both CC and WW (from March until June), but through a different…

That is my maintenance level at 5'2" and that's cause I sit on my butt all day long at work, seems low for maintenance at 5'7".

Cut into thin slices, layer in glass dish with pasta sauce and some shredded cheese, bake at 350 for 30 mins, salt and pepper to taste, doesn't get much easier than that

Do the smell and touch test, if it smells fine and feels crisp, eat away, if it's funky and slimy, trash it.

Back 9 years ago I did weight watchers (religiously) online, followed the program to the tee, I went from 185ish down to 132lbs in 7 months. It was awesome, I found out that my biggest issue was portion size. Shortly after losing all the weight I wanted to I didn't keep my membership (financially it was a pain), but I…

Ohhhhh, so that's why they call it a "Sugar High". I get it now, and all this time I was ingesting the sugar through my mouth like an idiot.

Sure does happen to me, I get random cuts and brush burns all over, it normally happens to me when I wear a "New" piece of clothing that I've never worked out in before, and I don't realize it is going to rub me the wrong way once I get sweating. Normally I don't find out until later when I'm in the shower and the soap…

DON'T, please just DON'T If that were me you would get a beat down, I don't care how hot you think you are going to be at midnight on New Years Eve, I don't care if you think you are the next Brad Pitt or Ben Affleck, hands (and LIPS) OFF!!!

I've seen some very large people at the gym, and yes I may be caught in a look once in a while, but that's because I am simply proud and in awe of them!!! I wish I could just blurt out what I'm thinking when I see a large person at the gym. If you could hear inside my head you would be hearing things like "Great Job" "Keep…
